AFRITA website regulations
Before placing an order, a registration process must be performed and basic details must be entered. After the process is completed, the credit card will be checked and upon confirmation of the order by the credit card companies, an appropriate notification will be given that the operation has been approved or rejected. Only confirmation of the transaction received in the customer’s e-mail, which includes the relevant order details, will constitute confirmation of receipt of the order. The registration on the company’s computers will constitute prima facie evidence of the correctness of the operations.

A) The price of the products advertised on the site
The product price includes free shipping on purchases over 400 NIS.
The shipping fees listed on the site do not include exceptional transportation and/or shipping outside of Israel. Exceptional transportation means transportation to high floors without an elevator or transportation that requires additional manpower or special means.

b) Delivery times
Product delivery times are according to the dates specified on the product’s sales page, unless otherwise expressly stated. Delivery times include business days only (Sunday-Thursday) and do not include Fridays, Saturdays, holiday evenings and holidays. If factors or events beyond the control of the site operators delay or prevent the sale of the products or the delivery of the products published on the site on the specified dates, the site, on behalf of the company, will offer the consumer the choice between waiting to receive the product or canceling the transaction, and will refund his full money.

C) Transaction cancellation
Section 14E(b) of the Consumer Protection Law expressly states that in the event of cancellation of a distance selling transaction not due to a defect, the business will not charge the consumer any amount, except for cancellation fees at a rate not to exceed 5% of the price of the property or 100 NIS, whichever is lower. The law states that the cancellation fees are inclusive of expenses or obligations due to shipping, packaging or any other expense or obligation that the business has incurred or has undertaken to incur. However, in the event of cancellation of a transaction not due to a defect, non-conformity, failure to deliver the product on time or any other breach of the contract, the consumer’s money, the product will be returned to the business at the consumer’s expense.
We allow transaction cancellation within 14 days of receiving the product.
A product whose original packaging has been opened or a product that has been used will not be returned.

Restrictions on the right to cancel: Purchases of perishable goods and products manufactured specifically for the consumer cannot be cancelled.

d) Inventory
The site will maintain ongoing control over the inventory of products offered for sale. When the inventory is about to run out, the site operator will inform consumers of this or update the number of products remaining in stock in a prominent place on the site. If, after placing an order, it turns out that the product is out of stock, due to unusual circumstances that were not known at the time of ordering, the company will notify the consumer within one business day and allow him to choose between receiving a replacement product of equal value or a full refund of the money paid.

E) General liability for website activity
The company will not bear any responsibility for illegal activity carried out by participants on the site during sales there or for any other factor beyond its full control.
The Company makes and will make every effort to maintain the proper operation of the Site, but does not guarantee that the service will not be interrupted due to malfunctions in hardware, software or communication lines, and it will not be responsible for malfunctions or disruptions in the Internet network or communication lines.

“F) Chapter “Judiciary Powers”
In any case of dispute, the court in Tel Aviv will have jurisdiction.

Chapter: “Illustrative Pictures”
Sometimes there may be photographic errors and/or differences in color and size between the product photos published on the site and the products as actually supplied. In any case of a material discrepancy, the company will state this on the site. If an unusual and obvious mistake is made on its face and in good faith in the product description, this will not bind the business, the business will allow cancellation and full refund of the money paid by the consumer.
The company constantly monitors product prices and specifications. If an unusual and clear error is made in good faith in the product description, the company will not be held liable, and it will state this on the website, notify the customer before making the payment and, if a payment has already been made, allow cancellation and full refund of the money paid by the consumer.

h) Copyright
You may not download, copy, reproduce, distribute, transfer, display, sell or use the content or images belonging to the website without prior written consent from the website management.
The regulations treat both genders equally; the use of the feminine form is for convenience only.

Returns and Credits

Exchange will be possible within 14 days of receiving the package, refund will be given within 5 days of receiving the package. By virtue of consumer protection regulations, cancellation fees will be charged at a rate of 5% of the transaction amount (up to a maximum of 100 NIS) + the shipping amount will be deducted.

An exchange or return will be possible when the product has not been used and is not damaged or used.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
