Our rugs are hand-woven in a traditional process that respects the materials, the time and the story behind them. To keep them beautiful for years, it is important to give them the right care:

Regular cleaning:
We recommend vacuuming gently once a week to preserve the wool fibers.

Stain removal:
If liquid is spilled, blot it immediately with paper towels. Sprinkle a little mild detergent or baking soda, wait a few minutes, then wipe gently with a damp cloth. Finally, dry with a dry cloth.

Deep cleaning:
For deep cleaning, we recommend a professional rug cleaning service from time to time.

Self-pickup from our showroom:
You can pick up your order from our showroom at 15 HaManofim St., Herzliya Pituach – we will contact you when your order is ready.

International shipping:
Delivery time: 5–12 business days
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout according to the destination.

Exchanges and returns:

If the item you received is not right for you, you can exchange it within 14 days of receipt, as long as it has not been used and is in new condition.

For a return, the item must be sent back within 5 days of receipt.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Once we receive the product and provided it is in good condition, a refund will be issued for the amount paid, minus shipping fees and 5% or ₪100 (whichever is lower).
